Welcome to Rainbow Trout Ranch and Campground!

Please Note:  Our campground is under new management this season.  Our Trout Ranch Manager, Vince Fisher, is now Park Manager for the entire camping and fishing operation.  If you have any questions or concerns, please let Vince know.

Hello Anglers and Campers,

We will open officially for the fishing and camping season this weekend, on Saturday, May 27th through Monday, May 29th, which is Memorial Day.   After that, we will be open for fishing Wednesdays through Sundays and holidays, from May 31st, through Labor Day.  Our hours of operation for fishing are 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.  After Labor Day we will be open for fishing on weekends only until cold weather closes us down for the season.  The campground is open through October.

We will honor our “Early Bird Specials” on Saturday and Sunday, June 3rd and 4th.  Our specials this year include a free carton of worms for your fishing  trip at Rainbow Trout Ranch.   In addition,  if you bring with you a group that has never fished with us, both groups will receive 15 % off the price of your fish.

Our price for fish will remain the same at $0.85 per inch under 12 inches and $1.05 per inch for fish 12 inches and larger.  Visit us early in the 2017 season to receive your Club Card.  Pay for 9 fish during the season, and your 10th fish is free.  (Free fish not to exceed 15 inches.)

We have some changes to our staff this year.  I am managing all park operations, and we have two new high school students to help you with your fishing and camping needs.  Anthony and Kendall are both experienced anglers and avid fly fishermen, so be sure to say hello and let them know how they can help you.  We have also hired a Camp Host, Henry, who is available to assist you as well.  Susan Fisher is handling camping reservations.  Please call her at 303-697-9427, or email RainbowTroutRanch@hughes.net.  Be sure to include a phone number in your email.

For those of you who are new to our website:  No fishing license is required to fish in our ponds.  We accept all major credit cards.

Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Vince Fisher, Park Manager
